These terms govern your use of Cedar Wind Path (the "platform"), a free social-casino entertainment website. By accessing or playing, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the platform.
1. You must be 18 or older
Cedar Wind Path is for adults. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. We ask everyone to confirm their age before playing, and we reserve the right to restrict access where this requirement isn't met.
2. Virtual credits have no value
All play uses virtual credits that are provided free of charge. These credits have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for money, goods or prizes of any kind. They exist solely to operate the games.
3. Entertainment, not gambling
Cedar Wind Path is a social entertainment product. It does not offer real-money gambling, and nothing on the platform constitutes betting, wagering or a chance to win anything of value. Outcomes in our games are for amusement only and do not predict or represent real-money gambling results.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you won't attempt to interfere with its operation or security, access it through automated means, reverse-engineer or copy its code or assets, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may limit or withdraw access if the platform is misused.

We work to keep Cedar Wind Path running smoothly, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The platform's design, code, text, graphics and games are owned by Cedar Wind Path or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment; you may not reproduce or redistribute its content without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedar Wind Path is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. As there is no money or item of value involved in play, no financial loss can result from the games themselves.
